Success Story One

BureauServe works with a partner to provide counter services for registration processes and backroom document verification functions to a Government agency. The Company has been engaged in these services since 1999. The project also required the design, renovation and setting up the entire public service counters area, backroom office, staff office, payment counter, collection counter, computer room, interview rooms etc.

In June 2009, another service centre is set up separately for the same Government agency to perform other public services at a CBD area. In January 2011, BureauServe extended its services to include backend electronic verification services of E-applications.

Throughout the more than 16 years of operations at the 2 service centres, BureauServe has received a large number of compliments for the public service rendered.

Success Story Two

BureauServe has provided photo-taking and other registration services for a Government Agency from xx –xx. The project required the design and setup of photo booths and registration counters onsite. Photograph images taken were directly transfer to the Agency’s computer system for further registration processing. This streamline process has helped to improve productivity at the registration counters.

Success Story Three

Bureauserve is engaged by a Government Agency to manage its visitation services. The services involve Enquiry, Property Management, Visitors Registration and Verification. There is also a Call Centre setup onsite to take calls for enquiry and booking of visit appointments. In addition, we are also managing a small shop selling magazines, books and snacks. There are a total of 1 main site and 4 remote sites under this service contract.
